I’m Carla Ricciardone — founder of Sculpted Studios™ and creator of the Sculpted Method™.

At one point, I was exactly where you are – standing at a crossroads, trying to decide what came next.
In 2009, the corporate world I built my life around started to fall apart. I had no backup plan and a huge decision to make.

I threw myself into the PMU industry and never looked back. I spent YEARS training before I started Sculpted.

Since then, my passion became mastering PMU, training over 1,000 artists, pioneering modern color theory, and building 3 thriving studios in major cities, and creating one of the most recognizable brands in the world, Sculpted. Everything I teach is based on real work- across every skin tone, every challenge, every kind of client.

For beginners or artists transitioning into Lip Blush. This course is 1:1 – just you and Carla.

We cover everything: skin depth, machine control, color theory, mapping, lip blush and lipstick effect. You’ll walk out confident in your work and prepared to grow.

ADVANCED

Our advanced group class is for experienced PMU artists ready to elevate their results. You’ll master soft blush and lipstick techniques, melanin-rich lip neutralization, and approaches for mature, filler-enhanced, and male clients. Dive deep into advanced color theory, refine your technique, and sharpen your skills.

PRIVATE 1:1 TRAINING

A custom curriculum designed around your current skill set and specific goals. This private training allows us to tailor the focus, pace, and techniques to align with exactly where you are — and where you want to go.

Can I take the training with no experience?

Of course! Our Foundations Lip Blush training is perfect for you.

Who is the trainer for these courses?

Carla Ricciardone is the trainer for Lip Blush Foundations and Advanced.

I have experience in PMU, but not Lip Blush - which course should I take?

Either would work for you- it depends on your skill and confidence level. If you have at least 6 months of experience working on skin with a machine, the advanced course will be ok. One of our team members is always available to discuss details with you and help guide you to whats best.

Will I be ready to take clients right when I finish?

We will prepare you at the highest level to take clients. We suggest following our practice exercises and drills for a while after class before you take your first client.
